Jennifer's well-defined skill set, her ability to connect with people and a love of where she lives made her a Coastal Select shoe-in.
Jennifer Davidson is a native Texan, a diehard Cowboys fan, an amazing cook, and a Realtor® we all want in our corner. While she has always had a career in sales, real estate is her confirmed calling.
"Real estate chose me!" She said. "Since I was 18 years old, I was told that this was the path for me. And, it really fits all of my skill sets."
When Jennifer landed in Wilmington, she was sure she would stay. It was the "charm of downtown, the ocean breeze...and the hospitality of the coastal south" that drew her in. Her goals in real estate and in life are to contribute to the sustainable and responsible growth of the greater Wilmington community and to help others achieve their goals and dreams.
So, we'd say she's slightly aligned with the CSP mission.
"Trish (Tricia Delp Ireland, CSP founder) was my Realtor® when I bought my house," Jennifer said. "I just love how she does business and cares for her clients, as I had first-hand experience. But, ultimately I chose Coastal Select because of the principles that the company has been built on."
Jennifer's tenacity and success has been made crystal clear through the number of transactions and happy clients she has produced in the short time that she's been with us. She works with an uncommon blend of calm and enthusiasm. And, her focus and attention to detail is palpable.
So, we were curious, what motivates her everyday? When we asked, Jennifer answered, clearly, "It's really just a desire to be helpful and useful in a time of need. Buying a home can be one of the best moments of your life, but it can also be pretty stressful. I want to help make the transaction as smooth as possible."
